I received my bracelets today, they are beautiful BUT when I ordered them it said CUSTOM MADE so I gave you my wrist size but it wasn’t “CUSTOM
MADE”!!! That’s very disappointing for me since I don’t know how to use the sizing tool!!! Why didn’t you send instructions with the sizing tool?? Just because you know how to use it that doesn’t mean your customers know how to use it!! You should take the custom made out of your advertising!!

As for how to adjust the bracelet size, please use the bracelet adjuster to separate the bracelet into individual links. You can then reassemble the links to adjust the bracelet to your desired size.
