Warranty Scope

From the date of receipt of the goods, under normal wear conditions, we will provide corresponding warranty services for the following non-human-caused quality problems:
Loose settings
Faulty hardware accessories such as clasps and earring posts
Breakage or detachment not caused by human error
Craftsmanship quality problems
Structural damage under normal use
We will provide the following based on the actual situation:

Parts replacement
Craftsmanship repair

Not Covered by Free Warranty

The following situations are not covered by the free warranty:
Human-caused damage
Scratches, wear, oxidation, and other normal signs of use
Damage caused by collision, pulling, or squeezing
Corrosion or fading caused by contact with chemicals
Unauthorized modification, repair, or secondary processing
Loss of jewelry or gemstones
Outside the warranty period
Natural gemstones, pearls, and other materials have natural textures and color variations, which are natural characteristics and not quality issues.

Free Warranty Period

Different products enjoy different warranty periods (subject to adjustment according to actual situation):

Lifetime after-sales maintenance and paid repair services are provided.

To apply for warranty service, please contact customer service and provide:

Product photo or video
Problem description
After customer service confirmation, we will assist you in arranging the repair process.

Please Note:

Shipping costs for non-quality issues are the responsibility of the customer.
Repairs outside the warranty scope will be charged according to the actual situation.
Customized products may have slightly longer repair cycles.
