If the product you receive has any of the following issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it:
Damaged product
Wrong product sent
Serious quality problem
Clearly inconsistent with the order
Please provide:
Order number
Product photos or videos
Description of the problem
We will process your resend, refund, or exchange as soon as possible after verification.

We hope you like and are satisfied with every piece of jewelry you receive.
If you have any questions about your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods, and we will do our best to assist you.

Eligible Returns and Exchanges

For non-customized products, you can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided the following conditions are met:
1. The product has not been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
2. The product remains in its original condition and does not affect resale.
3.The product packaging is intact.
4. Provide the order number or proof of purchase.
After confirming that the return or exchange conditions are met, we will arrange subsequent processing for you.

No Returns and Exchanges

1. Customized Products(POD

Personalized Products)
Because customized products are made according to the customer's exclusive needs and are unique, all customized products are not eligible for return or exchange without a reason, except for product quality issues.
Including but not limited to:
Engraved products
Customized name products
Products with exclusive patterns or personalized designs
Products made to order
Please carefully confirm the customization details and order information before placing your order.
2. Used or Man-Made Goods
Returns and exchanges are not possible in the following situations:
The product has been worn or used
Wear, scratches, breakage, or damage caused by human error
Problems caused by improper maintenance
Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification
Product problems caused by abnormal use

For orders that meet the refund criteria, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 3–7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.

Actual arrival time may vary depending on the processing time of the payment platform or bank.

Size Alteration Service

We offer one basic size adjustment service (specific details are subject to product description).
Please note:
• Special styles or designs with full rhinestone embellishments may not be eligible for size alterations.
• Costs for alterations exceeding the free adjustment scope are the responsibility of the customer.
• Round-trip shipping costs for alterations are to be negotiated between both parties.
